The Copper Fox has a special place in our hearts. We had our epic annual holiday party here, complete with themed cocktails (and there may have been some other delicious consumables...) The food here is creative and local. Great salads and burgers, but it goes way beyond that with the freshest fish tacos, braised pork, mussels and dirty potatoes that are worth the trip all by themselves. A very creative cocktail list adds to the fun. You might even find the Guru sitting at the bar sipping something interesting. Nick, Elise and their team put out a great meal.
