Ah Hawaii. Not a bad place to visit on a business trip.
We discovered this little gem just up the road from where we were staying on The Big Island. Only a few choices on the menu - and we chose the Two Pack Taco Fish of the Day. The fish was pan seared (not deep fried) on a fresh taco with slaw and tropical salsa. So simple. So good.
