Once we were settled in and ordered up some of the local beer, we got down to business ordering a few shared plates. We had ham and potato dumplings, a Vietnamese-style salad with beef, veggies, and noodles, grilled salmon with spring vegetables, and fall-off-the-bone spare ribs. The menu changes weekly, but a few things stay all the time (like the ribs - and for good reason). After consulting with our bartender for dessert, we ordered the mini donuts and mascarpone, caramel and peanuts. Yep - that one is always on the menu...
When back in Ostrava - which we hope is soon - this is on the short list. And next time we will book a table in advance!
