Soup. It warms the soul and fills the belly. If you need some spicy, down-and-dirty Thai soup, this is a must-visit stop in Vancouver, BC. They have 2 locations, and we chose the E Georgia Street shop. We started off with the Roti with Curry and just about picked up the bowl to drink what was left over. Then on to the soups... You pick your soup, then specify the noodle type. We also tried their beer, which was custom-crafted by the chef and the brewer (though the name escapes me at the moment). Great flavors, ingredient quality, and plenty of spice
The place has about 6 tables, and they do a roaring takeout business. Importantly, next door is a shop that sells mushrooms - another epic evening with the team!
