Good, fresh oysters are always a welcome treat when we are traveling. Especially someplace like Vancouver. We tucked into a plate of Fanny Bay oysters that were delicious, along with some other great West Coast oysters. Served simply with either a dab of cocktail sauce, horseradish, or mignonette. In addition to a very well-stocked raw bar, there are plenty of hot offerings and salads. We shared a Caesar salad after the oysters, and it was quite tasty. They also had some terrific wines by the glass.
This was just around the corner from our downtown hotel. Quick and convenient after a full day at The Grow Up.
