Sushi is one of our road-go-tos, and we are always on the lookout for good-quality fish. When you are on the road alot, you see some pretty sketchy stuff. Sometimes, we get a great sushi meal in an unexpected place like Minneapolis.
Billy Sushi was a reco from one of the locals, and luckily, we were in town for a few nights, so we could get a reservation for one of those nights. The place was jammed, and it clearly is a local favorite. The fish was fresh and tasty. They mostly have 'classic' sushi preparations, but they did have some nice appetizers to start off. We didn't dig into the hot entrees, but they looked and smelled great.
Good bar with a nice selection of Japanese Whisky and beer.
