Viva's Gesha pour-over is one of the best coffees I've ever had. Complex and interesting, but unlike most premium light roasts, it has enough body and richness to drink as a daily driver. $9 might seem like a lot, but for a 16oz pour-over (or a $29 12oz bag), it's the best price on a Gesha I've seen. That's due to Gerardo's unique business plan, by which he's figured out a way to pay more to the Honduran farmers he has fostered relationships with, while still bringing savings to consumers at his shop.
