Order your food out of the hole in the wall, and take a seat at one of the picnic tables in the cafeteria-style dining area. El Paisa is anything but fussy -- despite its bright colors, you'd be forgiven for missing the small place while driving by. It would be your loss, though. The food is genuine, inexpensive, and most importantly, delicious. The Carnitas is a sure bet, but check out the Chile Relleno burrito if you're craving something a little more Southwestern. Extra points for ordering homemade chicharrones from the local who sets up shop in the dining room.
