We debated posting this review - only because if we tell everyone about it, it will be even harder to get a table. This is worth the quick trip off the strip for an evening of pure culinary surprise. The theme is a bit asian fusion, but that would over simplify the menu.
We ate all sorts of things from a Japanese Sweet Potato with Creme Fraiche and Chinese Sausage to Braised Rabbit with Parsnip Agnolotti. The Porterhouse Steak marinated in Miso and grilled on a wood fire was fantastic. For dessert, we shared some sort of Japanese Milk Bread dish with Honey - too complicated to remember but was terrific. The wine list is a bit pricey, but some really interesting selections.
They offer a Chef's Menu, but we decided to just order lots of dishes and share everything. The service staff was really helpful guiding us through the menu and helping us get the right amount of food for our group.
If you are in Vegas, dont miss this.
