Pho Kha - Niagara Falls

 

Team trip to Niagara Falls for the Grow Up Show and Awards.  We had a great show and we won "Best Drying and Curing Technology" too!

Not really known for culinary delights, we started exploring off the beaten track for some eats.  Well, who doesn't crave Pho when they are in Niagara Falls?  After a quick uber from the falls we wandered into this neighborhood spot for some incredible Vietnamese food.  This is a family run place and there is not a soul around that speaks a word of English.  It took us a minute to establish communications, but once we got some mutual smiles going - we were ready to roll.  We started off with some crispy Cha Gio (Spring Rolls) and some Pad Thai.  Then we all tucked into steaming bowls of Pho. Huge bargain and the food was spot on.  

Get off the tourist trail and visit this cool spot.
