We get down to Atlantic City about once or twice a year and we've added Amada to our list of favorites. They serve Spanish tapas style shared plates. Great selection of dishes and the servers did a fantastic job helping us order enough of everything for our group of 10 without over ordering. There were some decent values on the wine list too. Of special note were the Wagyu steak and the olive oil cake.
The restaurant is on the second floor of the hotel, overlooking the ocean. We don't normally go to the casino restaurants, but this place is definitely the exception.
